We are delighted to share that Printec in collaboration with Alpha Bank, has been awarded the Silver Award in the category "Best Outsourcing Partnership" at the 15th National Customer Service Awards.
The awards ceremony, organized by the Hellenic Institute of Customer Service (EIEP), took place on Tuesday 10 December 2024, at the iconic Athens Concert Hall. This year’s event brought together 600 business executives and industry representatives from all sectors of the Greek economy, celebrating excellence, innovation, and dedication in customer service.
Our winning project, ATM Monitoring and Dispute Transaction Investigation Services, highlights the value of strategic collaboration and teamwork. Over the past year, this service has delivered significant results, enhancing operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and sustainable development.
Reflecting on the achievement, Panagiotis Athanasopoulos (Managed Services and Operations Manager, Printec) and Nikodimos Vlachos (Alpha Bank, ATM & APS Manager) shared:
