Since its foundation in 1988, Printec has steadfastly upheld its commitment to innovation, expanding globally, and upholding its position as a leader in technological solutions. Over the course of 35 years, we have experienced rapid growth, establishing offices in 16 countries, and offering a diverse array of services, ranging from automated transactions and payments to security and compliance solutions, as well as digital onboarding and electronic signatures for businesses of all kinds. With a dedicated team of more than 900 employees, Printec maintains a global presence, with 15% of its workforce focused on product teams and 55% delivering customer service. Recent strategic acquisitions further enable Printec to provide tailored solutions for businesses of varying sizes.
By pioneering in the field of point-of-sale (POS) technology, we installed the first POS systems in Greece, Croatia, Bulgaria, and Cyprus. A pivotal moment for the company was the installation of Bulgaria's first ATM in 1995 for the United Bulgarian Bank. Key achievements include strategic partnerships with industry leaders such as NCR, Verifone, FIS, Castles, Glory, Namirial, and Worldline.
Our commitment to corporate social responsibility is demonstrated by its participation in the United Nations Global Compact, evolving into an ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) strategy. Placing our people at the forefront of strategic planning, Printec has renovated facilities across multiple countries, fostering collaboration and idea generation. In line with this commitment, the company is hosting its third internal innovation competition this year, further engaging with employees and teams.
Continuing our pursuit of growth, we invest in cutting-edge technologies and consistently expand our service portfolio through strategic partnerships and proprietary solutions. Simultaneously, we steadily venture into new markets, with the most recent addition being Montenegro in 2022.

We marked the occasion with a celebration, transcending borders as we simultaneously rejoiced in 16 offices across Central and Eastern Europe. Despite the distances, our Printec family came together virtually for a momentous online broadcast. Our Chairman, CEO, and Deputy CEO reflected on our remarkable journey and the incredible achievements that have brought us to this day. We continued the festivities in each of our offices, where we raised our glasses and celebrated this milestone.
